We booked 3 black taxi’s for our wedding on 5th February 2025, and the service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the very first phone call, Keely was brilliant—friendly, professional, and incredibly organised. I booked Gary for my wedding day to take me from my hotel to my wedding ceremony! Gary turned up ahead of time, he’d put ribbons on the taxi (at no extra cost) and was really jolly and helped us all get in which was much appreciated. There was a protest in central London on that day and Gary made sure that we left early so that we didn’t run into any issues. I highly recommend Gary for any important event that you have. Be clear about what you need and when and he will deliver! Thank you so much Gary!!
Official wedding Black taxi company provided exceptional service for our wedding day. They were very accommodating when we needed to amend the collection time in the week leading up to the wedding. The cab was spotless, and they added lovely ribbons to the front, adding a special touch.
Our driver was professional, warm, and welcoming. He understood the importance of getting us to the venue on time and, when we were going to be early, he thoughtfully drove around the area to ensure we weren’t seen by guests. This considerate gesture made the start of our day very special.
